More than 20 years of combined relevant experience
Our team brings more than 20 years of combined relevant experience. We draw on that experience when understanding support needs, considering worker matches and planning practical support around each participant’s routines, interests and goals.
Family lived experience of disability
Some members of our team also have family lived experience of disability. That personal perspective reinforces the importance we place on dependable support, clear communication and taking time to listen. Every person and family is different, so we start with what matters to you.
Led by Ryan Johnston
Altitude is led by Ryan Johnston, whose background includes legal practice and a Bachelor of Social Science with a Psychology major. He brings experience in listening to people, understanding complex circumstances and communicating clearly. Altitude’s disability supports focus on everyday life, independence and community participation.
