The information on this website is general information about Altitude Support Services and the types of disability support we may provide. It is not medical, legal, financial or NDIS funding advice.

Availability

Descriptions of services and service areas do not guarantee that a particular worker, time, support type or location is currently available. Support is subject to suitability, capacity, agreed arrangements and applicable funding.

Funding

Altitude welcomes self-managed and plan-managed participants. Funding suitability should be checked against the participant’s individual plan and current NDIS guidance.

Emergencies

This website is not an emergency or crisis service. If there is an immediate threat to health or safety, contact the appropriate emergency service.
